Agendaria is a booking, class management, and communication platform for sports centers, studios, and service providers. This policy explains how we process personal data through our website, mobile app, WhatsApp integrations, and related services.

- Profile information, including date of birth, medical restrictions or notes provided by the user, and linked student profiles.
- Booking information, including scheduled classes, cancellations, attendance records, credit balances, active packs, purchase requests, and payment status.
- Communication preferences, including consent to receive WhatsApp notifications related to bookings, classes, credits, and reminders.
- Technical and usage data, such as app usage, device information, analytics events, logs, and identifiers needed to keep the service secure and operational.
3. How we use information
We use personal data to create and manage user accounts, authenticate users, show available classes, process bookings and cancellations, manage credits and packs, provide QR access features, send service notifications, support customers, prevent misuse, and improve the platform.
4. Payments
When users purchase credits, payments may be processed by external payment providers such as Mercado Pago. Agendaria receives payment status information needed to activate credits, but payment credentials are processed by the payment provider according to its own policies.
5. WhatsApp and notifications
Agendaria may send transactional WhatsApp notifications, such as booking confirmations, class reminders, cancellations, and credit-related notices, when the user has provided the corresponding authorization. Users may opt out according to the instructions provided in those messages.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting providers, analytics providers, messaging providers, email providers, payment processors, and the sports center or business to which the user belongs.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and preserve booking and credit records. Users may request account or data deletion as described below.
